It all started at a small and humble bakery at the idyllic Changi Village, a quaint neighbourhood tucked away at the far east of Singapore, known for its rustic ambience and good eats. While most cake shops offered a sizeable variety of products, Chocolate Origin only had 2 products, a whole chocolate truffle cake, and lava cake served with vanilla ice cream in a hardy little cup.

Slowly it gained a loyal following, mostly through word-of-mouth recommendations of a growing fan base. This was undoubtedly due to its commitment to offer only the best chocolate cake that one could find, not just merely within Changi Village, but the whole of Singapore.
